Also, most sharing to Facebook happens in the morning (8-10 am), when people start their day.

The best time of the day to post is 1 pm as you’ll get most shares, post at 3 pm to get most clicks.
Another research says that best days to tweet for B2B’s are Monday to Fridays as weekdays provide 14% more engagement than weekends because engagements and CTR’s are highest on weekdays and Wednesday. The best time of the day to tweet is 5pm for highest number of retweets and 12pm and 6pm for highest click through rates.
According to twitter, users are 181% more likely to be on twitter during their commute and they’re also 119% more likely to use during school or work hours.
